About the event
With the approaching Holidays we find that, although it is a joyous time of year, it often can be a time of sadness for many people so we are flipping the script and Finding Happiness through Gratitude.
Join the conversation as we learn how three intentional practices can not only bring us gratitude, but can also help keep us smiling throughout the days, the holidays, and into the New Year!
