Meeting three Thursday evenings in the Glass Room

In this 60-minute class, CCMHG Members will learn some traditional moves, including isolations and shimmies, and we will end with a choreography piece! Learn a style that has been danced for thousands of years in a safe and judgement-free zone where you can have fun, burn some calories, and enjoy the freedom of movement!
Dress in comfortable, workout clothing and bring a refillable water bottle.
