Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its  extreme efficiency. Krav Maga has been used by the Israel Defense  Forces’ special forces units, security forces and by regular infantry  units. Today, Krav Maga is widely taught to civilians including  school-aged children, in women’s self-defense, and teachers.

Learning effective self-defense will increase your confidence, reduce  stress, and build your awareness of your surroundings.  You will learn  to defend punches, bear hugs, hair pulls, knife and gun attacks over the  course of the program.

You must complete this Waiver and bring with you the first night.
