Beginner Running Program C25k

Have you ever wanted to run a full 3.1 miles (5k)?  Are you feeling sluggish after this year long lockdown?  Need to feel motivated and good about yourself?  Come join us!  We will help you accomplish this goal!  

Where:     Station Avenue Rail Trail Head, 460 Station Avenue, S. Yarmouth

When:      Tuesday/Thursday evenings beginning April 20th                    

Cost:        $110.00 for 18+ session with custom T-shirt                          

You will run with two Road Runners Club of America certified run coaches each session.  You will be successful.  We have been proud to help hundreds of runners attain their 5k running goals!
