Whether you're eager to learn the basic steps and dances or simply want to refine your skills, this class is ideal for you! Salty Boots Line Dancing will teach you the essential steps to enjoy yourself on the dance floor and truly connect with the music for an incredible workout!
Line dancing is an excellent exercise for enhancing coordination and balance, as well as boosting cardiovascular health and memory! Join us for some fun! Bring your water, wear sneakers or boots, and dress comfortably—it's warm in the gym!
