Aqua Zumba is a water-based adaptation of the well-known Zumba fitness program, merging Latin-inspired dance moves with the resistance offered by water. It's a high-energy, low-impact workout that is gentle on the joints and creates an enjoyable, pool party ambiance. This class mixes low and high-intensity movements to deliver an exciting, calorie-burning dance fitness party in the pool!
Wear a swimsuit or shorts, and don't forget to bring water and a towel. Changing facilities are available in the bathrooms. Rick Garceau will guide you in this enjoyable class!
