Join us for Balletone Dance.  Balletone is fusion-style conditioning program designed specifically for the non-dancer.  It It develops muscular endurance, core strength, and agility... all without equipment or props!  It is a ballet-inspired low impact cardio workout. This class will leave EVERYONE feeling graceful, strong, and elegant! Don't forget to bring your water!
