Meeting twelve Tuesday nights in the Gymnasium (access on right side of building closest to baseball field)

Tonya will guide you through a fun and relaxed blend of movements this class will focus on connecting your body to your breath and is appropriate for the beginner or those with more experience. You will flow to music while learning body alignment, building strength, gaining flexibility, and improving balance.
