Unwind and recharge with the ocean breeze in your hair at our beachfront yoga class.  This is your chance to ditch the crowded studio and find your inner zen with the soothing sounds of the waves.  All levels welcome, so grab your mat and get ready to bend, breathe, and bliss out by the beach!
