Relax and rejuvenate with the sea breeze in your hair at our yoga class on the beach. This is your opportunity to leave the crowded studio behind and discover your inner Zen with the calming sounds of the waves.
All levels are welcome, so grab your mat and blanket and get ready to bend, breathe, and bliss out by the beach! And don't forget your water too!
