Benefit Administrators Monthly Brain Boost November

Patty Joyce the Senior Account Manager for the Cape Cod Municpal Health Group's Good Health Gateway Diabetes Care Rewards Program will be providing a detailed overview of the program and the benefit to employees. This is a free benefit offered to CCMHG to their health plan members.  Patty is the contact for Benefit Administrators for any program questions and program marketing materials.

CCMHG offers our members and their family members on our eligible active health plans a free and confidential service that can help them stay on top of their diabetes care: the Good Health Gateway® Diabetes Care Rewards Program. Plus, members will earn $0 copays on covered diabetes medications and supplies when they complete the program activities to manage their diabetes well.
