End of Life Financial Planning

Cape Cod Healthy Connections will host a 45-minute forum at the Cape Cod 5 HQ featuring Jen Turner, Senior Financial Manager and Beth Grady, Wealth Management Officer from the Trust and Assesset Managment team at Cape Cod 5. This is an in-person workshop.

Our panel will be discussing steps you should take to best prepare your financial affairs for end of life. Topics will include legal documents such as wills and trusts,  guidance on choosing professional advisors, verifying beneficiaries,  and an organizational to-do list. Any questions you may have on your financial security can be addressed at this workshop.
