Energy Healing Meditation

Spend your evening learning the basics of your 7 major chakras - the energy centers in your body.  Learn what they are and how they affect your life.  We will use what we learn in the first half of the evening during our meditation.  You will end the evening feeling cleared and balanced in your mind, body, and soul.  

This meditation can be used as a self-healing practice designed to be used in your daily life whenever you need to clear, release, or change negative energies, ground your energy, or bring balance to your mind, body, and soul.  

Our Reiki energy healing is designed to clear your energy system of unconscious blockages and energies that might be negatively affecting you. It will also help you open, activate, and refine the functioning of your energy system.

Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and feel free to bring an eye pillow or hand towel to cover your eyes, a small pillow for under your head/knees and a small blanket to keep you cozy during the meditation.
