Cape Cod Healthy Connections will host a 45-minute forum at the Cape Cod 5 HQ featuring Kristen Perkins, Vice President, Wealth Management Officer and Jim Curran, Financial Know-How Program Manager from Cape Cod 5. This is an in-person workshop, which we will be simulcasting for remote attendees.

Our panel will be discussing steps you should take to best prepare your financial affairs for end of life. Topics will include legal documents such as wills and trusts, guidance on choosing professional advisors, verifying beneficiaries, and an organizational to-do list. Any questions you may have on your financial security can be addressed at this workshop.
