Join Cape Cod Cooperative Extension Nutritionist Kim Concra at CCTech where you will learn and help create some wonderful recipes.  We will be switching gears from the salads of summer to the fresh flavors of fall.  Root veggies, savory soups, and one dish meals for busy nights. Bring your inner prep chef to help make some delicious foods to taste and take home some healthy recipes and ideas. 

You will be assisting in the creation of the dishes, be able to taste test each dish, and leave with new ideas and recipes. This is an interactive workshop for adults only.  

*If you have already taken one of the cooking series classes, please allow others to enroll in this class and choose a wait list ticket.
