Forgiveness Workshop and Meditation

Forgiveness is for you, to release and accept situations that may have hurt you. When we forgive, we allow ourselves to view the world through love and through our hearts knowing that every person deserves compassion. By releasing past hurts we are creating space for new and positive experiences to come into our lives. It is time to forgive and move into the next chapter. We will discuss forgiveness and get deep into a meditation where we journey to release any stuck energies no longer serving your best interest.
