Join Kaylin for a gentle yoga experience with stretching, gentle mobility, and breathwork to help you release and relax.

The benefits of yoga include: 

• Promoting positive hip hinge movement

• Improving flexibility

• Strength training

• Promoting good posture

• Improving heart, lymphatic, and mental health

While decreasing the risk of injury, yoga is great for mental well-being and lymphatic and digestive health.

Please bring a mat, small hand towel, and a refillable water bottle.
