Join Cape Cod Cooperative Extension Nutritionist Kim Concra at CCTech where you will learn and help create Healthy Comfort foods such as easy homemade soup, healthy meals in minutes, and even healthy desserts. Cooking from scratch doesn't have to be difficult or time consuming. Kim will share tips and tricks to shortcut your cooking, control salt, sugar and unnecessary ingredients often found in processed and prepared meals.
You will be assisting in the creation of the dishes, be able to taste test each dish, and leave with new ideas and recipes. This is an interactive workshop for adults only.
