About the event
CCMHG Members will learn about general anatomy, proper posture, risk factors and common problems/injuries. This is an interactive workshop where you’ll learn about positioning, postural correction, body mechanics, how to lift safely, stabilization exercises, and stretches to improve and/or prevent pain.  Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to move.
Meet your clinician: Amy has been a practicing physical therapist with over 25 year’s experience. She enjoys working with patients recovering from injury, athletes looking to improve their performance as well as those who just want to move well through life.
