Meeting six Thursday nights (no class April 18th)

Join us for an all level, high energy class that combines cardio dance with interval strength training using resistance bands. A total body workout set to upbeat and popular music will ensure that Melinda will get you sweating, smiling, and sculpting! 

Please bring a refillable water bottle and dress for a sweating time!
