Meeting four Tuesday nights

5:00pm - 5:45pm
We will practice standing movements to bring energy "Qi or Chi" to the hands and feet. The goal is to awaken and then balance the energy in the body for optimum health. It can be a moving mediation. We end with a short meditation to settle down. Although this is a standing practice you may want to bring a mat to sit on for the ending meditation.
