Meeting two Wednesday evenings
12.04.24 and 12.11.24
5:30 - 6:30 pm
During these classes, CCMHG Members will learn the history of Raqs Sharqi, some traditional moves including isolations and shimmies, and we will end with a choreography piece! Learn a style that has been danced for thousands of years in a safe and judgement-free zone where you can have fun, burn some calories, and enjoy the freedom of movement! Not to mention getting some ME time during this stressful time of year!
Dress in comfortable, workout clothing, and bring a refillable water bottle.
