Join us to learn how to play golf. Over three weeks, you'll explore every aspect of the game: putting, chipping, full swing, driving, and course management. Enjoy yourself and connect with new people. Please bring water and a glove if you own one. *If you don't have a glove, you will need to buy one.
Golf is good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be approximately four miles! Golf also keeps your brain active and in thinking mode so you can focus more on the game and less on the things that may make you feel anxious or sad.
