The class with be a Flow and Restore. Beginning with a seated breathing exercise, we will slow flow to connect breath to movement and gently work on flexibility and range. This is an approachable practice for every body and helps us learn about our bodies and how we breathe. For restoration, we will focus on recovery and mindfulness through supported shapes and meditation. The use of Sanskrit is limited, and this is a beginner level class. Â Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a refillable water bottle. Â This is a 60 minute class. Â
