MOVEmber Virtual Challenge 2023

Are you ready to be challenged?  Join us this November from anywhere in the world for our MOVEmber Cape Cod Challenge! During this challenge you will walk/run/hike a total of 70 miles of beautiful Cape Cod at your own pace!  Not on Cape Cod?  That's ok - just complete those 70 miles and you'll be with us in spirit!  Grab a friend, co-worker, or loved one and get moving! If local, maybe join us at one of our weekly hikes/walks/runs.  We will be logging our miles on Challenge Hound and "compete" with each other to see how far we can go!

Mental Health issues are overwhelming our communities, impacting individuals and families with sometimes life changing results.  These are our family, our friends, our co-workers.  At times life can be overwhelming, stigma keeps us from seeking help, and when help is sought there are limited options available. A portion of the proceeds of this event will be donated to Sharing Kindness.  Sharing Kindness provides suicide prevention, mental health education, and grief support programs on the Cape and Islands.  

T-shirt included with fee and will be available for pickup Saturday, December 9th at the Cape Cod Rail Trail in South Yarmouth at 10:00am.  If you are unable to pick up at that time and would like your shirt mailed, please add the mailing fee to your registration.
