MOVEmber Virtual Challenge 2025

Embrace the challenge! This November, join our MOVEmber Cape Cod Challenge from anywhere in the world. Walk, run, or hike a total of seventy miles across the breathtaking landscapes of Cape Cod at your own pace. Not on Cape Cod? No worries—complete those seventy miles wherever you are, and you'll be with us in spirit! Rally a friend, co-worker, or loved one and start moving! If you're local, participate in our weekly hikes or walks. We'll track our miles on Challenge Hound and compete to see how far we can go!

Mental Health issues are overwhelming our communities, impacting individuals and families with sometimes life-changing results.  These are our family, our friends, our co-workers.  At times life can be overwhelming, stigma keeps us from seeking help, and when help is sought there are limited options available. A portion of the proceeds of this event will be donated to Sharing Kindness.…
