Join Cape Cod Cooperative Extension Nutritionist Kim Concra at CCTech where you will create one dish meals for crockpots, instant pots, and the stovetop. Healthy, comfort foods with flavor. You will be assisting in the creation of the dishes, be able to taste test each dish, and leave with new ideas and recipes. This is an interactive workshop for adults only.
