This unique class infuses movement modalities of HIIT, Pilates, and Yoga to lift our heart rate, tone muscle and strengthen our core. With guided instruction and carefully curated music we move together one beat, one breath, one exercise at a time. We begin with a centering and grounding warm up, followed by a full body workout that blends cardio and core exercises to get your inner fire going! We end the 60-minute class with a deep stretch and restorative cool down.
Please bring a mat and a refillable water bottle. Dress appropriately for a lot of movement and please be prompt. Entrance to the Cape Light Compact is clearly marked, on the side of the building.
