Denise Dauses, Senior Business Development Consultant, will discuss how Health Navigator is an umbrella to the medical benefits and an extension to wellness and is a free benefit to members enrolled in a CCMHG medical plan.  

This program can help members with finding primary care physicians for those who do not have one or need a new one.  Having a primary care physician will ensure you keep up with wellness tests such as blood pressure, glucose levels, etc.  It can also help with specialty providers should members need access.  They can facilitate appointments to all providers we recommend.  If someone should need surgery or is diagnosed with a critical illness, we help with getting a second opinion.  The research departments are on hand to help understand treatment plans and to educate members on their diagnosis.  

This program will help members every step of the way when navigating the healthcare system.
