Pound is an exercise class with rock-star flair! The class consists of drumming, cardio, and strength training mixed with some yoga and Pilates. Melinda will lead you in a jam session that rocks the body and mind. Drumming to a certain beat, especially in synchrony with other people, works to stimulate the brain!
