A Blue Zone is a region of the world where people live longer, healthier lives, with many residents reaching age 100 and beyond.
In this three-part cooking series, we’ll explore the foods, flavors, and simple eating habits that are common in Blue Zone communities. Each session will bring these longevity-inspired principles to life through delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes you can enjoy at home. You’ll discover how to incorporate more plant-based foods, whole grains, beans, fresh produce, and other nutrient-rich ingredients into your everyday meals without sacrificing flavor.
Come cook, taste, learn, and discover how small changes in what’s on your plate can support healthy aging and a longer, more vibrant life!
