Sound baths are an amazing way to holistically calm the nervous system. Since humans are made of mostly water and sound waves travel through water, you receive healing on a cellular level. In addition to this, the sound waves match meditative brain waves allowing you to access that feeling of deep calm more quickly.

Alex Sequin will guide you through meditation, gentle movement, and deep restorative sound.

Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and feel free to bring an eye pillow or hand towel to cover your eyes, a small pillow for under your head/knees and a small blanket to keep you cozy during the meditation.

We have eleven floats that are available on a first come basis. You must select a floating ticket if you would like to float in the pool during the practice.
