Meeting four Wednesday nights 

5:30 - 6:30 pm

Join Cape Cod Cooperative Extension Nutritionist Kim Concra at CCTech where you will explore broth basics, the best base ingredients, and creating flavors you love. Healthy, classic soups from broth based to hearty creamed to eat, freeze, and share.

  • Week one- the basics of simple soups
  • Week two- healthy classic soups
  • Week three- pureed hearty soups
  • Week four- chunky meal-in-a-bowl soups

You will be assisting in the creation of the dishes, be able to taste test each dish, and leave with new ideas and recipes. This is an interactive workshop for adults only.
