Join us in this fun interval training where we will alternate brisk walking and strength training. You will start out with a 5 minute warm up and then begin walking at a brisk pace, taking "breaks" to add excercises like squats, lunges, tricep dips and more. You will cover approximately two miles and be ready to tackle the rest of your day! Deanna will be leading you in this fun adventure!
