Unwind and refresh with the sea breeze in your hair at our beach yoga class. This is your chance to escape the crowded studio and find your inner peace with the soothing sounds of the waves. Yoga is excellent for mental well-being and supports lymphatic and digestive health while reducing the risk of injury. Dawn will lead you through this delightful evening. 

All levels are welcome, so grab your mat and blanket and get ready to bend, breathe, and bliss out by the beach! And don't forget your water too!
