The Alchemy of Bloom

A sacred alchemy awakens when working with old books in early Spring, instead of letting them gather dust, we’ll gather them with intention.

Together we will create a personal garland from recycled book pages linking together the past and future to the present moment.

In Ayurveda, mid-March brings Kapha season the time of earth and water, when the world is damp, fertile,  & heavy with possibility. Kapha holds memory and nourishes roots. Your garland becomes a small altar to that energy: paper once made from trees, words born of reflection, now strung together with fiber from the earth. Hang it where light can touch it and honor the richness of Kapha season along with the slow, steady bloom unfolding within you.

We will then transition into deep rest as you are held in a supported floating sound bath — allowing vibration and stillness to settle what has been stirred. Suspended…
