About the event
CCMHG Members will learn ways to reduce foot and lower body pain; improve performance (in everything from running to walking to weight lifting); and gain greater mobility, increased stability and all-around strength at this workshop. Â
Meet your clinician: Amy has been a practicing physical therapist with over 25 year’s experience. She enjoys working with patients recovering from injury, athletes looking to improve their performance as well as those who just want to move well through life.
