The Search for Happiness is an interactive 4-week series where we will start by creating a supportive and safe container, by agreeing to hold what is shared by every participant in the strictest of confidence. It is in this agreement that we can feel safe to share and feel held in our vulnerabilities.

Through coach-led group discussion and reflective exercises we will explore what inner strength and inner peace means to each of us, so we can create a foundation for this progressive workshop series.  Once our foundational definitions are in place, we will evaluate where happiness shows up for each of us and in what areas we need the most support.  It is from these evaluations that we can then develop a plan for creating more happiness in our lives, using tools and strategies we will learn along the way.
