Join Deanna for this energizing 50-minute class that combines bodyweight training, resistance bands, and dumbbells for a full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and stability. You’ll move through circuits targeting every major muscle group—using your own body for balance and control, bands for resistance and toning, and dumbbells for power and definition. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications offered throughout.
