Join us in this fun interval training where we will alternate brisk walking and strength training. Â You will start out with a 5 minute warm up and then begin walking at a brisk pace, taking "breaks" to add excercises like squats, lunges, tricep dips and more. Â You will cover approximately two miles and be ready to tackle the rest of your day! Â Deanna will be leading you in this fun adventure!
