Yin Yoga for Healing

Open to all CCMHG Insured Members 16+

This class, suitable for all levels, focuses on extended holds of floor-based postures to alleviate tension in the body's connective tissues, promoting ease of movement and mental tranquility. Yin Yoga specifically targets the body's deepest tissues, including ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks, and meridians. It is a quiet, contemplative practice. Dawn Spunzo will be instructing this class.  

There will be a short meditation at the end of this practice.  Please bring a yoga mat and a refillable water bottle.
