About the event
Join us for 4 weeks of Yoga with Meditation 10.04.22 - 10.25.22
In this one hour session, you will be guided through an opening breath-work, beginners towards intermediate level yoga poses, and end with a guided imagery or a story or music.
Please bring a yoga mat and refillable water bottle. You may want to bring an eye pillow or hand towel to cover your eyes during meditations.
