Zen Flow Yoga

Meeting five Wednesday nights

Amy will guide you through a fun and relaxed blend of movements this class will focus on connecting your body to your breath and is appropriate for the beginner or those with more experience.  You will flow to music while learning body alignment, building strength, gaining flexibility, and improving balance. 

The benefits of yoga include: 

• Promoting positive hip hinge movement

• Improving flexibility

• Strength training

• Promoting good posture

• Improving heart, lymphatic, and mental health

While decreasing the risk of injury, yoga is great for mental well-being and lymphatic and digestive health.

Please bring a mat, small hand towel, and a refillable water bottle.
