Aqua Zumba is a water-based version of the popular Zumba fitness program, combining Latin-inspired dance moves with the natural resistance of water. It offers a high-energy, low-impact workout that is easy on the joints and creates a fun, pool party atmosphere. This class blends low and high-intensity movements to provide an exciting, calorie-burning dance fitness experience in the pool!
Wear a swimsuit or shorts, and remember to bring water and a towel. Changing facilities are available. Rick Garceau will lead you through this fun workout!!
